The Boya Library Initiative
The “Boya Library Initiative” is a philanthropic project launched by the Guanghua School of Management’s Executive Education Center in 2009. The project strives to empower from children from poverty-stricken areas through knowledge help build school libraries in poverty-stricken areas.
The program received enthusiastic support from the school’s EMBA, MBA and other programs, and is well supported by the students and professors of Guanghua School of Management. It had become one of the most important non-profit programs of the school. To this date, it has already donated about 5000 books toeach one of the 33 primary schools in Guizhou, Sichuan, Yunnan, Gansu, Tibet and other provinces. Each book passes on ones loving care; hopefully, the philanthropic action will bring more positive effects on to the society.
