Adecco Group leaders visit Peking University, exploring global talent development

Peking University, October 23, 2024: Jean-Christophe Deslarzes, Chairman of the Adecco Group, and Ian Lee, President of Geographic Regions of Asia Pacific of the Adecco Group led a delegation to Peking University (PKU). The group was warmly received by Fang Fang, PKU vice president.

During the meeting, Fang Fang highlighted the importance of this visit for advancing cooperation in global talent development. He praised the Adecco Group for its achievements in driving talent growth and innovation worldwide. Fang emphasized the significance of deepening collaboration, with a focus on talent cultivation strategies, innovative training models, and researches that offer new approaches to global talent development. 

Jean-Christophe Deslarzes expressed gratitude for Peking University's warm reception. He provided insights into Adecco’s development and strategic direction, affirming the group’s commitment to partnering with Peking University. Deslarzes highlighted the significant potential for the collaboration in talent cultivation and innovation, aiming to elevate joint efforts in global talent training.

Following the meeting, the exchange centered on establishing an execution base between Peking University and the Adecco Group to further support mutual initiatives. 

Looking ahead, Peking University and the Adecco Group conveyed enthusiasm and optimism about cultivating a sustainable partnership, with a shared commitment to driving innovative education and training opportunities in future years.

Peking University was represented by Liu Qiao, Dean of Guanghua School of Management, Fan Zhi, President of the Student Career Centre, and Zhou Jing, Vice President of Office of International Relations.
