PKUHSC signs MoU with Badr University in Cairo

Peking University, November 1, 2024: A delegation of Badr University in Cairo (BUC) visited Peking University Health Science Center (PKUHSC) and met with President Qiao Jie recently. The delegation was led by Dr. Ashraf Mohamed El-Shihy, President of BUC and former Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research of Egypt.
Under the witness of Minister Counselor Lu Chunsheng at the Chinese Embassy in Egypt via video, the two sides signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for further cooperation. This is a follow-up step on the part of Peking University in delivering visions set for the 2024 China-Egypt Year of Partnership and by President Xi Jinping of China in his opening remarks at Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation.
